With over 15 years of experience in HR systems and people operations, Kris brings a strategic, results-driven approach to building scalable HR infrastructures. He has led initiatives across enterprise and high-growth organizations, with deep expertise in HRIS optimization, including advanced Workday configuration, alongside compliance governance and operational transformation.
Kris founded HR Insights to close the gap between HR strategy and execution, partnering with leaders to align systems, processes, and people operations with long-term business objectives. His work focuses on strengthening foundations, reducing risk, and enabling sustainable growth.
A proud Air Force veteran, Kris approaches every engagement with discipline, integrity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Outside of his work, he enjoys time with his wife and their two rescue pups.
